Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the sale of the products offered in this shop to consumers and users, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users). By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and that you accept these terms.
We sell physical products (such as garments and printed photographic copies) and, where the product page expressly says so, downloadable digital content.
How ordering works
You add products to your basket, enter your delivery and billing details, choose a payment method and confirm the order. Before you pay you will see the full breakdown: products, price, taxes and shipping costs.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded with that confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund the corresponding amount.
Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm payment. We may change prices, but the price applied will always be the one in force when you placed your order.
Payment methods
You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, and the express payment methods available at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is processed through secure providers; we do not store full card details.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide through a courier or postal operator. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are calculated and shown before you confirm payment.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are confirmed in your dispatch email. In any event we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, unless we agree otherwise with you.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the order. Please check the parcel on arrival and let us know if it arrives damaged.
For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country are payable by you and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Digital content is delivered by download link, normally immediately after payment is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.
To exercise it, simply tell us by email at hello@miramono.com before the deadline expires, stating your name and order number. You may use the official withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to.
Please return the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you tell us, unused and in its original packaging where possible. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours, including for international returns.
We will refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days of being informed, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you provide evidence that you have sent it.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital content once the download has begun, where you have given your express prior consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We will ask for this consent before the download starts.
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request.
- Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Legal guarantee
All physical products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If a product is not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced and, where appropriate, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.
Digital content carries the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under consumer law.
To make a claim, write to hello@miramono.com describing the problem and attaching photographs where relevant.
Use of the photographs
The photographs we sell are the work of their authors, who retain ownership of their rights. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for private, non-commercial use: you may enjoy the copy you bought, display it in your home and, in the case of digital files, print it for your own use.
Resale, transfer to third parties, commercial or advertising use, modification of the work and publication online are not permitted without the author’s written authorisation. If you need a commercial licence, get in touch.
Customer service and complaints
For any question or complaint, write to hello@miramono.com. We will reply as soon as we can.
If we cannot reach an agreement, as a consumer you may turn to the public consumer protection bodies of your region or to the relevant Spanish consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo), without prejudice to your right to go to court.
Severability
If any of these clauses is held to be void, the rest will remain valid and enforceable.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In contracts with consumers, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
